Based on the available facilities and processes being adopted by Kongu Engineering College. It has been awarded as the Most Clean Campus in Southern Region for the Year 2017. To honor Kongu Engineering College for this achievement a tree is planted in AICTE Campus on 2nd October 2017 whose care shall be taken by AICTE.
